Rabbi Kalman Laufer, MBE
Rabbi Kalman Laufer is a lead consultant with K2 Ethics, specializing in guiding healthcare facilities through complex ethical challenges. With a Master’s in Bioethics and directorship of the ethics program at Yeshiva University, Rabbi Laufer brings a wealth of expertise to his consulting practice.
As a trained mediator, Rabbi Laufer excels at running mediation seminars and facilitating on-site visits that empower organizations to make sound ethical decisions in real-time. Through his consulting work, Rabbi Laufer provides both broad ethics training for organizational leadership and staff, as well as specific bioethics consultation services, both ad-hoc and on a regular basis. He assists healthcare facilities in addressing bioethical dilemmas in patient and resident care, and in developing bioethics principles that guide their operations effectively and ethically.
